Hello, thank you for visiting my website.
I have packed extra weight on my body for the past 30 years, trying every
diet plan that came along including Weight Watchers several times, Adkins,
The Diet Center, NutriSystem, Dr Schultes, The Charleston Plan, WOW
the list goes on. With each of these programs I was able to get about 10 to
15 pounds off then would plateau, give up and regain.
Last year (2006) was the worst, partially due to a fall off of my horse.
I became very concerned about my longevity I was just fine, but not really, as I
really felt about as low as I could. I had no energy, fatiqued all the
time, and had discomfort through out my body. I was 70 pounds
overweight. I was a real RECLINER POTATO!! My sweet husband suggested that
maybe I should lose weight, which sort of irritated me, but I thought what the
heck.
I called a friend who had lost weight and she referrred me to a
book that had helped her. I literally starved for the next month, and was
obsessed with what I would eat next. I lost the 10 pounds, then stopped losing,
and almost quit the diet.
I was then invited on OCTOBER 14th to a presentation that
CHANGED MY LIFE. Rachelle Moody invited me to meet Dave McArthur, who
explained to me WHY I HIT PLATEAUS, WHY I REGAINED MY WEIGHT PLUS MORE, THAT
I WOULD NOT BE HUNGRY ON ISAGENIX, AND ABOUT IMPURITIES IN OUR BODIES!!! I
was not too excited because I have tried so many programs but the key words he

did I have to lose? So, My journey started on OCTOBER 14th, 2006.
I started out losing 9 pounds and 14 1/2 inches.
To date I have lost 45 pounds, over 40 inches and I keep losing!! I AM SO
DARN EXCITED. I have 20 more pounds to go, but the most EXCITING THINGS are I
FEEL GREAT.
